THIS BUMPER HAS THE SIDE HOLES TO MOUNT THE FENDER FLARE EXTENSIONS FOR THE 4500 5500 Ram models. 
Flat Black (Global black is what Ram calls it)…..also have gloss black available for more
The plastics are set up for trucks without sensor.  Or fog lights.  You can add your fog light plastics to make it halogen or LED fog set up.  
**textured black Side plastics are on it but will need to be re-installed. They usually come off when the bumpers are set down flat so we leave them like that.  If shipped, they will be removed and packaged inside the bumper….
This bumper was removed from a truck with NO miles on it   and replaced with an offroad steel bumper….. IT IS A NEW TAKE OFF 
There are a few blemishes and scuffs in the paint passenger side top from storage and transport only.  …One scratch on top middle that could be cleaned up with touch up paint…see photos 📷 
Has inner bumper brackets to mount right to the frame of the truck…
