It is complete but does not have fog harness or the actual adaptive cruise module but had rhe bracket and plastic cover.  ….

There are  scratches in the paint throughout. Most are towards the bottom front and near the ends
There are just a handful of rock chips in the paint…there is also a small ding passenger side where some paint is missing    It is being pointed to in the photo..
