has inner bumper brackets but no frame brackets….
Has fog holes but not lights or harness

Very clean for its age but does have scrapes and scratches in the paint… this bumper is used…
**there is a dent at the bottom driver side near tow hook area along with cracks in the lower plastic in this spot…..
Has rock chips and Some scratches are deeper.  See photos…
**upper valance has areas of paint missing at the very top and has a few broken connection points but is still solid on this bumper. ….
