It is complete but does not have fog harness or the actual adaptive cruise module or bracket.  ….I may have a 17-19 adaptive cruise bracket if needed. 
LED fog lights intact but have not been tested and sold as is…
There are small scratches below the passenger side tow hook that are not very deep and do not show up much in photos. They may just be in the clear coat….
There are just a handful of rock chips in the paint…There are a few random small scratches that don’t show in photos…..
This bumper is a great solution for a customer that is swapping off their offroad bumper or if you old bumper is completely wrecked…..
