The plastics are set up for trucks without sensor.  Or fog lights.  You can add your fog light plastics to make it halogen or LED fog set up.  
***This bumper has the center grille in it for TOW HOOK DELETE.  You can change the center plastic if you have tow hooks or cut out the plastic mesh to accommodate the hooks.  
……This bumper was removed from a truck with NO miles on it   and replaced with an offroad steel bumper….. IT IS A TAKE OFF with blemishes from storage
