This bumper has scuffs and scratches along with hazing in the chrome
From being on the road. It is still in good shape for being over 15 years old..
Passenger side chrome plastic end cap is connected but has damage in a few spots..neither side is peeling like many of them do…..
This is a used bumper from out of state where salt is not used on the roads.  It was removed from a truck and replaced with a steel offroad style bumper….
Fog light holes but no lights or harness available 
Has inner bumper brackets but not frame brackets…..it can mount right on your truck if your frame brackets are good…
We do not get many of these in. First one in a few years…
